# CostPulse

> CostPulse is an AWS pricing API for FinOps engineers and AI agents: it finds the cheapest commercial AWS region for a service SKU, compares one SKU across regions, prices a multi-service workload per region, and calculates the savings of moving region, from AWS Price List data refreshed daily.

Base URL: https://costpulse.waltsoft.net/v1 — authenticate with the header X-API-Key: <your AWS Marketplace key (mp_...)>, or pay $0.01 per call with x402 (USDC on Base or Solana) and no key.

## Endpoints
- GET https://costpulse.waltsoft.net/v1/cheapest?service=ec2&sku=m5.xlarge: Cheapest region for a service SKU, with savings vs the most expensive
- GET https://costpulse.waltsoft.net/v1/compare?service=ec2&sku=m5.xlarge&regions=us-east-1,eu-west-1,ap-south-1: One SKU's price in each chosen region
- GET https://costpulse.waltsoft.net/v1/workload?services=ec2:m5.xlarge,rds:db.m5.large: Cheapest single region for a multi-service workload
- GET https://costpulse.waltsoft.net/v1/savings?service=ec2&sku=m5.xlarge&current_region=eu-west-1: Savings from moving a SKU to the cheapest region
